We’re conveniently located on Route 23 on the border of Gladwyne and West Conshohocken, just off of Fayette St. and minutes from the Main Line and Conshohocken.  Steel Fitness Main Line is the newest club in the Steel Fitness family, joining our sister clubs Steel Fitness Premier in Allentown and Steel Fitness Riverport in Bethlehem.

Small Group Training

Get the benefits of personal training in a fun and engaging small group setting!  Our expert trainers will energize and motivate you in our functional fitness programs that will get results.  Our 1-hour small group classes combine 30 minutes of strength and 30 minutes of cardio for a complete workout.  We also provide nutritional support to help you stay on course when you’re not at the gym.  Join our Small Group Training today!

Our Fitness Center

Our 24-hour fitness center offers the most state-of-the-art cardio and weight training equipment. We have a full cardio area that features top brands like Hydrow Rower and Peloton treadmills and spin bikes.
